Under the Time and Materials Engagement Model the clients are billed on the basis of the number of hours spent on a project. The contracts can be for a fixed number of hours or can be left open-ended. Reports detailing the number of hours spent for each task within a project are sent to clients enabling cross verification of the same.

The T & M Engagement Model is ideally suited in situations wherein:

• The project specifications and requirements are likely to change during the development phase.


• The chances of changes being made to the structure or architecture of the application during the development phase, is high.


• The duration of the project cannot be accurately anticipated.


• You would like to engage our services for a defined number of hours that may not be continuous i.e. spread across a specific time frame e.g. 500 hours spread across 10 months.
