The Full Time Equivalents (FTE) is an engagement model wherein our resources, ranging from programmers to project managers, graphics designers, consultants etc, are assigned to and solely dedicated to your project alone. This engagement model is also referred to as virtual staffing.

The FTE engagement model can be further sub-divided into:

Onsite Staffing

In offsite staffing the FTE resource will work at of the client's location. Onsite staffing is ideal in situations wherein:

• The FTE resource has to consult with local personnel to gather requirements in the shortest possible time frame.


• The project is such that it requires to be secure.


• You wish to impart initial training to the FTE resources. In such cases, the contract can include both the Onsite as well as Offshore staffing engagement models. The training can be imparted in the onsite model and thereafter the development can commence under the offshore model.


• . The FTE resources are required to interact with a large number of your IT personnel. E.g. in situations wherein 10 of your personnel are required to interact with 2 or 3 FTE resources.

Offshore Staffing

In offshore staffing the FTE resource will work out of our development center. Onshore staffing is ideal in situations wherein:

• You want to extend your staff to our development center so as to do away with the hassle of hiring dedicated staff. And at the same time take advantage of our billing rates.


• The expertise of specialists is required.


• Continuous changes and enhancements, as governed by market conditions, are expected.


• There is a need for your IT personnel to work together with the FTE resource for fulfilling any of the above mentioned possibilities.
